I’m not a big fan of warm milk beverages, so I take the ingredients found in a gold milk recipe and make a morning smoothie that benefits the body in so many ways.

By consuming a turmeric latte on a regular basis, you can reap the many health benefits of turmeric. According to scientific research, turmeric may help the following health concerns: (2)

My recipe:
1 frozen banana, 1 cup of plant based milk (I prefer coconut), 1 tsp or more of turmeric, some fresh ginger root (skin removed), a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg. I blend this in my vitamix. I do not usually measure, so you might want to play around the the ratios.
