Stop Drinking Those Sodas!
We know that soda is not good for our health. It is astonishing how much sugar companies are able to get into those little cans and bottles. You will get more sugar in one 20 oz soda beverage than you will get in an entire week if you put 2 teaspoons of sugar in your coffee every day for 7 days! One soda really is sugar water!
