Dairy & Gluten Free Chicken and Potato Dinner

This recipe is very easy to adapt to your preferences. I added green beans this time. You can adjust the vegetables in this dish from wholesomelicious.com.


I used organic chicken breast and organic red potatoes. I added the lemons from the fresh lemon juice into the roasting pan for aromatic flavor. Be generous with the olive oil and seasoning.

I added organic green beans for the last 8 minutes of the roasting process.
