Foods That Cleanse The Liver
We are exposed to a lot of toxins throughout the year. It is important to be gently cleansing our livers with a healthy diet. I try to incorporate these foods into my weekly diet not only because I enjoy them, but because I know they are working to remove toxins from my liver. Garlic, grapefruit, leafy greens, lemons, limes, green tea, beets, carrots, avocados and apples all help to detox the liver.
