Eat the Colors Of the Rainbow
For optimal health, it is important that we eat a variety of foods in many different colors. I like to put many colorful foods into my morning breakfast smoothie (spinach, berries, lemons, bananas). Then I try to eat a salad or a few servings of fruit at lunch time. Dinner time is the time to make up for any missed vegetable servings throughout the day.
