Overnight Breakfast Oats

If you are not a morning person and it is a struggle to get up early enough to make breakfast, try this overnight oats recipe. You can prep your mason jars when you have more time in the evening and then head out the door with your breakfast in hand the next morning.

If you do not like almond milk, substitute coconut or oat milk or any other milk that you enjoy. To make this recipe gluten free, make sure you are using gluten free oats. If you have a nut allergy, omit the nuts. You can really tailor this recipe to your allergy needs and food preferences.
