Coconut Chia Breakfast Oats

1 Tablespoon organic chia seeds

1 Tablespoon organic coconut flakes

I quarter cup organic oats

1 quarter cup coconut milk

1 teaspoon organic maple syrup

Mix these ingredients and adjust to preferences adding more or less milk and oats. Let these ingredients sit overnight and serve with berries.

Blueberry Honey Oats- 1/2 cup organic oats, 1/2 cup plant milk, 1/2 cup blueberries, a bit of vanilla extract and honey to sweeten. You can add chia seeds to this mix too.

Peanut butter or sunflower seed butter and banana oats- 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup plant milk, 1/2 cup banana, 2 TBS nut butter, 1 tsp chia seeds, cinnamon and honey to taste
