Are You Getting Enough Vitamin D?

For those of us who live in warmer climates, getting enough vitamin D can be less challenging. We are able to get outside in the sun for 15 to 30 minutes daily throughout the entire year to let our bodies get that much needed vitamin D. If you live in a colder climate or need to stay out of the sun, getting enough vitamin D can be a challenge. There are many health issues associated with low vitamin D levels.
