Yoga Classes Are Terrific Functional Flexibility Workouts

Functional flexibility is very important as we age. We need to keep our muscles working in activities that will stretch and strengthen them. It is important to stay flexible and maintain good balance as we all sit for many hours a day in our cars, homes or at our work places.
