Yoga For Better Bone Health

Here is yet another article with a study linking weekly yoga practice to better bone health for those with osteoporosis or osteopenia. If you have been diagnosed with either condition, I would highly recommend participating in a weekly yoga class that moves at a pace that you feel safe and comfortable with.
